"Well accompanied by Foka (Saxophone), Rejan Bruno (Bass) and Guilherme Santana (drums), Diones Correntino also exhibited being a verve composer, his compositions the jazzy samba "Café com Risadas" and the inventive Brazilian rhythm of "Joca Ramiro", were inspired by Guimarães Rosa. Two themes from "Calendário do Som" (Hermeto Pascoal) and a swung version of "Aqui Ó" (Toninho Horta) also pleased the audience.
